I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is involved in swapping a powerglide tranny out of my Firebird for a Turbo or Turbo.

i am thinking of swapping out my th transmission in my 69 firebird to a r or similar tranny,iwas wondering if anyone else has done this.

Would I have to change cross-member, yolk, or drive shaft on either of these applications? I would appreciate any input you would have for me on which would be the best to do.
